Kim Ackiss
Kim Ackiss brings professionalism, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail to Paradigm Notary Services. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is a licensed real estate professional, commissioned Virginia Notary Public, Electronic Notary, NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Apostille Cerified.
Her extensive experience in healthcare and real estate has strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, handle sensitive documents with discretion, and guide clients through important transactions with patience and confidence.
Kim provides mobile and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services, loan signings, estate-planning document notarizations, and apostille document processing and authentication coordination. She is NNA background screened and carries $1 million in errors and omissions insurance.

Jackie Jowett
Jackie Jowett is a commissioned Virginia Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, Remote Online Notary, and Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA). With a bachelor’s degree in business, Jackie brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and careful attention to every appointment.
She assists individuals, families, and businesses with general notarizations, loan signings, estate-planning documents, trust-delivery appointments, and secure remote online notarizations. Jackie is committed to providing prompt, reliable, and courteous service while making every signing experience convenient and stress-free.
Jackie is NNA background screened and carries $1 million errors and omissions (E&O) insurance policy.
