We are dedicated to supporting our neighbors, military service members, veterans, families, and local businesses throughout Hampton Roads by providing flexible mobile visits and secure remote online notary solutions.
Kim Ackiss
Kim Ackiss brings a unique combination of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail to Paradigm Notary Services. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is also a licensed REALTOR®, Certified Virginia Notary Public, and Certified Loan Signing Agent. Her experience in healthcare and real estate has strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, handle sensitive documents with care, and guide clients through important transactions with patience and confidence. Kim is currently expanding her professional knowledge through training in Apostille services and working toward certification as a Trust Delivery Agent. Kim is committed to providing accurate, dependable, and courteous notary services while making every signing experience as convenient and stress-free as possible.
Jackie Jowett
With more than 30 years of customer service experience, Jackie Jowett brings professionalism, reliability, and a client-focused approach to every appointment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and has a creative background as a graphic artist. As a Certified Virginia Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent, Jackie is committed to providing accurate, efficient, and dependable service. She is also currently pursuing certification as a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent to expand her knowledge and services in estate-planning document signings.
