Frequently Asked Questions

We are here to help you navigate the process of notarization with clarity and confidence. Below are answers to common questions about our services.

What identification is required?

For in-person services, we require a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID card. For online notarization, we typically require a photo of your government-issued photo ID and a clear photo of your signature.

How many witnesses are needed?

Two disinterested witnesses are required for most notarial acts. These witnesses must be present at the signing and be able to verify that the signers are of sound mind and that the signatures are genuine.

What documents can I bring?

Bring all the documents you need to sign. We can assist with the preparation of documents and ensure they are properly witnessed and notarized for your convenience.

Can you provide legal advice?

No. A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice. We are here to verify the identity of signers and witness the signing of documents, but we do not offer legal counsel.

Are mobile travel fees included?

Travel fees are typically charged for mobile notary services. These fees are based on the distance traveled and the time required to complete the appointment. We provide a detailed quote upon request.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online through our website or by calling us directly. We offer same-day, evening, and weekend appointments to accommodate your schedule.
